Children's Privacy Notice

Effective date: July 17, 2026

The 4Search Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. A child under 13 must not submit personal information through the Services. A person who has not reached legal majority should use the Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Information practices

Ordinary search does not require an account. Identifiable application-level request logging and browser fingerprinting are disabled. Google-hosted results are part of the essential search service when configured; AI and advertising services are separate and disabled by default. Public forms request only information reasonably necessary to respond and instruct users not to submit unnecessary sensitive information.

Parental requests

A parent or legal guardian who believes a child under 13 submitted personal information may request access or deletion through the Privacy Request Form. Select "Deletion" and state that the request concerns a child. We will take reasonable steps to verify the requesting adult's identity and authority.

Changes in audience

If 4Internet intentionally offers a service directed to children or has actual knowledge that child personal information is being collected in a manner subject to special legal requirements, we will provide the required notice and obtain legally sufficient parental authorization before that collection.
